PLEASE REMEMBER: wear a mask that covers your mouth and your nose each time you leave the house. Make sure to throw away paper masks after every use. Launder fabric masks after each use. Be sure not to use fabric softener or dryer sheets when laundering as these can clog up microscopic air holes that allow you to breathe in them. Practice social distancing. Be sure to do frequent handwashing for 20-seconds with running water and soap. Hand sainitizer should be used only when soap and water are unavailable. Wear disposable gloves if you have open cuts, scrapes, cracks, or hangnails, as these areas can allow pathogens to enter your blood stream if not protected.
And that's all for now. Thank you for those of you who prayed for me. I had an MRI on Saturday, and it didn't show what is the cause of my problem. I go on this Friday for a doppler study, and start vertigo therapy on Monday. I ask that you continue to pray for me. I do appreciate it.
