REMEMBER:👀 Wear a mask when leaving home. Make sure it covers both the nose and the mouth. Throw away paper disposable masks after each use. Launder cloth masks after every other use. Do not use fabric softener. Line dry if possible, or dry in the dryer without fabric softener or dryer sheets. These things can clog the weave of the fabric to the weft and you will be unable to breathe through it. Practice social distancing of 6-feet when in public. Do not attend events with groups. That includes church. Use a study guide instead. Or if your church provides it, attend virtual church. Practice frequent handwashing at home, with soap and water. When you are out hand sanitizer can suffice until you get to good ol' soap and water. Wear gloves if your hands are sore, chapped, cracked skin, or a wound such as a hang nail or paper cut. Pathogens can carry the virus to your blood stream in that manner. If everyone practiced these things, the virus would soon die out.
