I hope I have covered all the updates from yesterday. As you can see, the COVID-19 pandemic, is still alive and growing in our State,
Please, please, please wear a mask when leaving home. Do not pull it under your nose. Sure it protects you still from infecting others, but last I checked, we still breathe in through our noses. Meaning that YOU can still catch the infection from others when uncovering your nose, simply by inhaling. This is an air-borne disease. So please keep your nose and mouth covered when out of your home. Be sure to keep good social distancing. Make sure there is 6 feet between you and the other person. wash your hands thoroughly and frequently. Yes, even at home! If soap and water isn't available, use hand sanitizer, but when you get to soap and water, wash thoroughly! Nothing beats soap and running water! And if you're not going to get into something you won't need this next step, but if you go someplace like the physicians office, you may want to wear gloves as well. Wash thoroughly when you remove them.
