Here we are again folks. The news isn't good. Those tested rises, and those who are positive continue to rise in West Virginia. We have sort of an "ebb and flow" within our state. People continue to go without masks and the death rate will also continue to rise. While most of us think we're invincible, it simply isn't the truth. The human body is one of the most fragile bodies on the planet. But when you go without a mask, knowing that you are jeopardizing your health and the health of everyone you come into contact with, then you're the fool.
