Hello everyone. Sorry it is so late getting this out for you this evening, but I've been gone for my own physician visit today. Nothing major, but will be having some exams taken to make sure everything is doing well. So I will be gone again for those. But will always hurry back to you my friends!

PLEASE REMEMBER to wear a mask when leaving home; even when going to the doctor! Make sure it covers both the mouth and the nose. Practice social distancing (6-feet from another person) when out in public. Wash your hands frequently in running water with soap, for at least 20 seconds, frequently. If water and soap are unavailable, use hand sanitizer. You may always wear disposable gloves when out of the home as an added precaution. Use hand moisturizer often to prevent cracks and splits in the skin of your hands.
Please practice the above recommendations, and we CAN beat the COVID-19 virus!
