I hope this makes this a little easier to read, and does follow the same format as the DHHR does. Let me know if you would like to see it another way.
REMEMBER wear a mask when leaving home. Practice social distancing. Practice frequent handwashing. Do not congregate in groups, even with family who live separately from you.
