A Fitting Tribute to a Real American Hero
Colin L. Powell, who in four decades of public life served as the nation’s top soldier, diplomat and national security adviser, and whose speech at the United Nations in 2003 helped pave the way for the United States to go to war in Iraq, died on Monday. He was 84.

PERSONAL NOTE: Powell was a great American hero. I pray America does not treat him unfairly in death. Too many of our hero's have been denigrated to "they did a good job", or worse. Powell served in Vietnam and the Gulf War. His death was due to a complication of COVID-19. After a medical treatment, his immune system was compromised. My thoughts, prayers, and my gratitude go out tonight to his family. Gratitude, in that, he served our Country, and he made it proud.

Please watch this, and take this message to heart! In this time we often give the Devil more credit than he is due. There is a difference btween Satan, and the Legions who follow him. Do not fall into the traps that these followers set to catch Mankind. Instead, put on "THE WHOLE ARMOUR OF GOD". Guard your Soul. Remember that many will believe they are saved from the fires of Hell. Yet they continue to give sway to Satan, not knowing that they do so.
Many read the Scriptures. Yet they do not KNOW it. Learn it. Memorize it. Wear it over your Soul as a protectant. Then when the Day of Judgement comes, you will not be found lacking. The Father will not look at you and say, "Sorry, but I never knew you." From there to be thrown into the Lake of Fire.

It's a ....girl!
Don't tell me God doesn't watch over His children! We've been without a car for almost 2 weeks now. Our car is in the shop, and it was going to cost us $4,00 or more to get fixed! This came only a few short weeks after paying $2,800 for the transmission to be fixed! So, we were almost at the end of our savings. So, we had just a few dollars left, and did not know what to do.
Well, we saw a car, just 25 miles away. When my husband s[poke to a woman about purchasing a car she had listed, he told her if it run he wanted it. She said she would drive to wherever we were.
Say what? She did say that! So he told her to bring it! He spoke to her about 4pm. She was here with car at 6:30pm. Yes!
God is so good! All the time! Any time! So glad He's mine and I am His!

(I name all the cars we have purchased over the years.) She is named Emerald, because she's green, and I think of Ireland when I see her. (My word or photo association is really messed up! LOL)

Coming Monday October 11,2021!
Hi Everyone! Just letting you guys know that I am returning! I haven't been lost after all! Just trying to rest up and get over that mild stroke from the end of May. My vision has been affected. As has my ability to walk well, but I am doing my own physical therapy ever day. It still hurts to walk. My thighs scream if I am upright more than 10 or 15 minutes. But here I come1
I am busy getting it all up to date! And will be ready for Monday's Grand Reopening!
