PLEASE REMEMBER: Wear a mask when leaving home, please, please! You reduce your risk of contamination, and the risk of others. Make sure your mask covers both your nose and your mouth at all times. Check in the mirror to make sure you are wearing you mask properly. If you are wearing a standard medical mask, the blue side shows and the white side goes against your face. If you are wearing a cloth mask, it really doesn't matter, unless your mask has a filter in it. Then follow the directions on or in packaging for wear instructions. Practice washing your hands frequenting, use running water and soap. Running water is the key here. If that and soap are unavailble, you can use hand sanitizer. And last of all do not participate in gathering groups of any kind, or more than 2 or 3. Do not congregate.
